Beachside has been disqualified from the Men’s Section A Summer Cup Final after fielding two ineligible players in last Saturday’s semi-final win over Taroona.
This follows the earlier disqualification of South Hobart for fielding Brazilian Mizael Linhares Caires against Olympia Warriors in the other semi-final on Saturday when he was ineligible.

South Hobart have been disqualified for the Men’s Section A Summer Cup Final after fielding an ineligible player in Saturday’s semi-final against Olympia Warriors, which they won 3-0.
According to the rules of the Summer Cup, a player must have played for a team in the preliminary round to be eligible to play in the semi-finals and final.
