A teacher by profession, but is now in his 38th year as a football writer. Has written for "Soccer Action" (Melbourne), "Australian Soccer Weekly" (Sydney) and "World Soccer" (London), as well as for several Tasmanian newspapers. Currently contributing to "Goal!Weekly" in Melbourne and the Australian magazine "Soccer International". Played for Croatia-Glenorchy, Caledonians, Metro, Rapid and University in Tasmania, as well as in the United States of America. Coached University, Metro and Croatia-Glenorchy.

Tilford Zebras should romp home against Olympia Warriors in the Milan Lakoseljac Memorial Trophy Final at 4pm at KGV Park on Monday.

The Zebras are in excellent form, while the Warriors are just beginning to halt their own slide, a slide that had alarm bells ringing at Warrior Park.

Knights hope to have him in action for next year’s Victory League season.

Representatives from the cup final teams attended a media conference this morning at KGV Park.

Olympia Warriors captain Janko Begovic and Tilford Zebras striker Alex Leszczynski represented the two finalists in the Milan Lakoseljc Memorial Trophy Final scheduled for Monday at KGV Park at 4pm.

South Hobart’s two imports from Victorian Premier League outfit Bentleigh Greens arrived in Hobart today and took part in their first training session at Wellesley Park tonight.

Caleb Ludlow, 18, is a midfielder, while Jordan Templin, 17, is a striker or winger.
