Olympia top Pool B in the Men’s Section B of the Summer Cup competition after this resounding 10-1 win over third-placed Beachside.

Beachside had no answer to the Olympia onslaught and trailed 5-1 at the interval before conceding another five goals in the second half.

Aaron Browning, the former Clarence United player, netted four goals in this game, while Gift Ochaya, formerly with Hobart United, scored a hat-trick.

Beachside paraded some notable veterans, including Adam Powell from Kingborough Lions United and James Symmons from Tilford Zebras, but although accomplished defenders in their day, they could not stem the tide.

Olympia included some young players with previous senior experience and they completely dominated this match.

I wouldn't have thought there was any credit to be derived from a scoreline like that?
